going to be in Memphis all next week, Never been there. Don't want to go now but I have to go to seminars. Where do I need to eat? I plan on eating one night at Interstate BBQ I've seen them on Tv. Anywhere else I need to try?

Work paying for the meals? If so, eat at Texas de Brazil downtown. Pricey but amazing.

My new favorite: Viet Hoa Food Market on Cleveland. Go to the meat dept in the back corner and order the BBQ. Holy crap! This stuff is amazing!
Kwik Check on Madison is a locals favorite for lunch. -great sandwiches.
Fino's on the Hill is a pretty good Italian Deli.
Slider Inn for happy hour drinking with fellow TN Deer members.
