Hey I'm looking for a good gas youth model 20 gauge shotgun like a Franchi 620/720, Beretta 390/391, Browning Gold/Silver or possibly a Benelli Montefeltro for my wife to hunt with. Prefer wood but I'd consider synthetic. If you have one you'd part with just let me know. I'm in E. TN but I'd drive for the right gun. Thanks for looking!

Look at a Tri Star they are made in truky and are nice guns for the money.

Does she really need the 20? My 8 and 9 year olds can shoot my 391 with heavy game loads for squirrel and even duck loads. Was asked why it pushed him so hard. haha Seriously it's a pussycat. If you were closer I'd let her shoot it to see if she might like a 12. Don't know if that helped or not just passing it along.

I'm sure she can handle the 12 as far as the recoil but I'm mainly looking for something lightweight and more slimline because she's so small. She has a 20 ga nova pump right now that fits her well but would prefer an automatic. I really do appreciate the input. You may have tempted me to let her shoot my dad's 303 12 ga.

There was a Benelli Monte 20 ga for sale on 24 hour campfire within the past couple days. Youth and adult stock, $1000 or so.

go to basspro & buy a weatherby sa8-20g she will love it,bought 1 last year before dove season,comes with 2 piston rings for low or high brass,$500 & tax,it throws a good pattern & shoots low & high brass without any problems.shot some slugs but they shoota little low & right & its probly me.dead deer any way as it wasnt off much.if she wants to try it out let me know
