Would anyone else like to see a forum strictly for lease/clubs that are available instead of having to constantly search for them in the different forums and possible miss the change at getting something because it was simply overlooked?

It would go better in the classified ads,a lot of folks build leases , offer duck & hog hunts etc just for profit,where to draw the line for a for profit add & folks just needing to fill a lease with no gain of their own?,After all it has been stated that this is a site like all others to at least pay its own way or better.Nothing wrong with either way but look at it from all sides.

Exactly! I'm fortunate enough to have been in a club for a few years now but we have lost some of the properties and always on the look out. After being on this site for years I have always seen people in need of places to hunt and some people have lease or club info that they have seen or heard about else where yet if they posted it on here it could be in several different places and sometimes make it hard to find.
