7 night eastern carribean June 9-16. We'll be on Royal Carribean's Allure of the Seas which is the biggest ship in the world. My in laws went on the same cruise last June and were so blown away that they booked the same cruise for this year while still on the ship. Except this time they are bringing me and the wife as well as my bro and sis in law, neice and nephew along for the ride. All expenses paid for us.
Has anyone ever done this cruise? This is my first cruise so I'd like some advice if anyone has any. We stop in Bahamas, St. Thomas, and St. Marteen. I'm excited

I saw that boat while in Cayman last summer. It's big. I hope RC is better than Carnival. Never again will I step foot on one of their boats.

We've had two cruises with Carnival, and have never had any issue with them, their food, the water, nada! So ignore the naysayers, they're just jealous.
I recommend you get on board the CruiseCritic.com forums. Invaluable advice is available on everything from what shore excursions to book, who to book them through, what to do at various stops, what to avoid, even what to pack. It's a great resource.
We'll be returning from our next Carnival week-long one week before you leave on yours.

They are great! The food is generally free but alcohol is very expensive on board. They don't search your bags so you could stash some if you wanted.
Ours included a dinner each evening at the fancy restaurant. Take some dress clothes for that and the food is awesome. You get on board as a passenger and get off as cargo, lol.

Trunk bay beach is a must, you'll get some great pics on the way to the beach, and thats the nicest beach ive ever been to, and ive been just about everywhere in the caribbean.

I'm going on my first cruise this coming Memorial day. We are going to the Bahamas with Carnival. I would love to hear some ways to get extra alcohol on board.

Haven't been on that one but have been on a cruise to St Thomas and St Martin. Good ports as far as cruises go. If you get a chance for a shore excursion, do the America's Cup sailing. Really cool.
