 i find when I get home.
My wife goes out and brings home a new Brittany puppy. We have been dogless for 20 months. This one even gets to stay in the house for a few days. She is a cutie .

I have had 3 britts in my life. They are great dogs, and good hunters if we still had any quail.

That is a good looking pup. A couple of my friends used to hunt with Brittanys. They make great grouse dogs.

I will be buying some quail and doing some training. My son lives in east Tn and we will be trying to get some grouse. I have never been grouse hunting. I used to do a lot of quail hunting. They have virtually disappeared around here.

At least it is a useful dog.
My wife pulled the same stunt, but brought home a dog with issues! She got the dog from a rescue place and it had been abused. It is terrified on men, it barks at the wind, and a lawnmower or weed eater will send her into orbit.
