Finance a 4-wheeler? Really? anything wrong with financeing
IMHO - borrowing money for an ATV is dumb, plain and simple.
If you can't buy it without financing it - you can't afford it. If you can't afford it, don't buy it.

Financing an ATV is not a good idea. Financing for five years is really not a good idea. Save your money, then find a used one and pay cash.

I don't see the problem financing one if you want to especially when they run cheap financing rates. If you can make more money in an investment than what the apr is go for it. I bought my honda 300 new in 1999 and financed it for 2 or 3 years. Last year i bought an 07 Yamaha Rhino and paid cash. Either way make sure you have the funds to afford it. If its going to spread you too thin by all means don't buy it regardless of how you intend to pay for it.

I financed my Ranger through a credit union for less that 2%. My investments are making at least twice that most of the time even during the bad times. Not bragging just fact, I could of purchased my Ranger for cash but at the time of purchase it just made sence to leave my money where it was making more interest than what the credit union was lending money for. On the other hand if the loan institutions were asking more interest than my investments were making I would certainly pay cash.
