I'm glad this is here and I don;t want to hijack, but this is exactly what I was going to write about.
First, I think all the participants did relatively well in their debates. I heard some stuff that was not 100% correct, but most was out of Piers mouth.
The one thing I heard at least 10 times was that "the gun that killed the children at Sandy Hook should be banned."
Let me say this I KNOW it doesn't mater what gun killed those kids and that is not waht this is about, so if that is allyou have to say then don;t bother.
That being said, if it was reported that there was no AR15 in the building, it appears that no children were shot with it, and it also seems there is some debate as that there may not have been one there at all.
That being said networks allowed to spew lie after lie and no one is held accountable?

Exactlly, every news story i have ever wittness has been reported wrong in the rush to report.
Just a few weeks ago, coming back from Atlanta, bad wreck both sides of I75 shut down. CB radio talk and FM radio news reported for the whole 3 1/2 hours i set there. Its was Three trucks involed. It was a head on accident, it was tanker hauling fuel that burst into flames on impact.
ALL WRONG!NOTHING CORRECT IN THE NEWS they were telling on FM. I was second in line, they shut down road right in front of me, they just got there.
Real story, it was a Domino's pizza tracker trailer north bound, No head on. Pizza truck went into media, flip over on its side, slid into post holding up big green overhead interstate sign across south bound lanes, knocked down the sign, south bound truck hit the sign, killed that driver, and the pizza truck caught fire and burned to the ground, killing both person in it.
This was small potato's compared to Sandy hook, but the news reporting even it, in tiher rush to report, didnt even come close to what really happend.
31/2 i set there which the news came on every 30 min, and they NEVER bothered to correct it. Fuel tanker, head on, made for much better story, so they didnt bother and you know after 3 hours they had to known the truth by then. Heck the news people there were looking at the same thing i was the whole time
Like i said every news story i personally knew or witness ever, was told wrong in the rush to report.
