I've never gone to a doctor for a wellness visit, but my wife is on my ___ about going. Does anybody know a general care doctor they would recommend in the Memphis area that is an outdoorsman. It seems I get along better with people who hunt and fish.

How old are you??? You may be ready for a colonoscopy. If so I'd recommend Dr. David Sloas with Gastro One. He hunts and is kinda crazy.

My dad got colon surgery when he was 48, so i gotta go for the first colonoscopy when i am 38.
At least you guys get another 12 years!

I'm looking up the guy I used to see before my work switched insurance companies. Never blinked an eye when he saw my carry pistol on my hip. Loved to talk about dove hunting way back when. Nice guy, but I can't remember his name. Checking with Mrs. TAFKAP...I'll get back to you.

Had a colposcopy at 27 resulting from what turned out to be stomach issues, no problems BUT had a polyp! Polyp was not cancerous however, now I get reminders every 5 yrs or so to get another scope, since polyps can and do often turn into cancer.. I'm about 2 yrs overdue now, and will have to get the stupid thing this year..

This is my Dr look at the pic you can see why I like her  but she is a great Dr also
As far as close to memphis just move closer to here
Of course if your wife see's a pic she may not push you to go to see her as much.
