Never have tried howling but figured this year id give it a shot. Went back to the area i got my last one since i had seen so much sign. First two sets were dry but went to the tucked away field that i like and set up. Started howling and got cut off on my second howl by one less than 100 yds away. I went back and forth with him a couple of times and then he got quiet so i flipped the safety off and got ready. He came down the road behind the field just like he was supposed to. A couple quick lip squeaks and he spotted the mojo and came charging in.
Went back to another farm close to home this evening. Had one come in to blue jay distress but the wind swirled and it busted me.

good job!!!!! 223 or 308? I picked one up in alaska last year and wanted to buy it there because there was no sales tax.. I talked my self out of it for some reason..
