A friend picked up some mixed brass over the weekend. It has some headstamps that I'm not familiar with. Some are marked "TW", "WRA", "RA". They all have various number. Are these military brass? I know military brass needs to be loaded down. Just don't wanna get in a mess

Yes, they are military brass. The TW I have recently found out is for Twin Cities, and 5.56/223 brass usually does NOT have a reduced case capacity requiring downloading. That is only the case with 7.62 casings, but measure capacity to verify.

See this link for casing origins

Thanks. It's all .308 or 7.62. I'm not familiar with military brass but I have enough to use till it breaks
