Before I order a set, does anybody have a good set of low tactical rings to fit a picatinny rail they'd sell?

There is a guy on North Mississippi gun trader on Facebook that has a Burris P.E.P.R. 1", with "smooth" top rings and picatinny top rings $60. In Macon, MS but says he will ship if you pay for it.

Thanks guys. I should probably go to WHMC I guess since I'm not 100% sure what I can get by with in height. Obviously want to scope as low to the barrel as I can get but the lows look REAL low.
Running a LaRue Tactical base - 42mm scope. My knowledge on this setup is ZILCH but I'd think the lows would work given the Pic rail itself is a bit higher than a standard base.
Anybody offer any insight on this?
