Never. Not even the small group on this website can agree. The USA has become a country of self, self, self, self, sometimes country, family? (is that 1 mom, 2 moms, 2 dads, divorce?), and maybe God when a disaster strikes.
The rest of the world sits and laughs as we do to ourselves what they could not do...tear the USA apart.
