I have been neck sizing only,,but some of this brass has been loaded 6-8 times,,I know when I started with 100 pieces new Lapua brass I got 1,000 Fed 215 primers and I have 315 left,,but I am sure I loaded some of them more times than others,,so far I have only lost 4 pieces ,but I am running a light load of H1000 and 250 gr bullets at 2875.

I sure wish weather would get to where I can test out the new scope and see how it tracks before I send it in for the Front Focal Plane TMR reticle.

I don't shoot a lot, and I have about 200 cases (shells) of 270 WIN that I've been loading since 1995. They're on their sixth loading and I haven't annealed any yet. I trim to length each time, though it usually only takes off the tiniest scraping.

I guess 55 gr of IMR 4350 and 130 grain bullets aren't too tough on brass.

This brass is Winchester. I've had some Remington brass in a .308 that developed neck cracks after only three loadings.

I just use the torch tip on a 1 pound propane bottle and turn the lights down and have a modified shellholder I chuck in a drill and hold over the torch while turning with the drill,,just long enough to change colors of the brass,,

use the propane torch like stated, make a brass holder with a deep well socket and bolt and chuck into cordless drill, if socket is to deep for your brass, cram some aluminum foil into socket, use a 4-6 mississippi count for correct timing, my .40-65 brass likes a 6 mississippi count
