Just filled out my app for LBL quota hunt and was gonna sign my nephew up for the first time. I was gonna add him to our group but that would not allow him to apply for the youth hunt so I signed him up separate. Once I created his account and went to select his hunt choices, all he is allowed to apply for is the youth hunt !!

Why is this ? How come youth are not allowed to enter into the other two quota hunt draws ?

And if this is not the correct place to ask this question please point me in the right direction ! Thanks

This does not pertain to your question but it is about LBL.

I called them last year about the quota hunts. I wanted to put in for both states on the same application. No deal. On the old paper applications, you could split your choices between the states on the same application. Also, you can only put in one application, TN or KY, but not both.

The reason, so I was told, is that the computer program is not set up to take both states on the same application but is set up to reject more than one application. They told me that it would have cost too much money to program the computer that way and there wasn't enough people wanting to put in for both states.

I am guessing the double application is why you cannot put in for the youth hunt and the regular hunt.
