Yea, right, this murderer was "accidentally", "mistakenly" released following a court appearance in Chicago?

Tell me how this could happen to THIS guy any other way than someone took a pay-off to just let him walk away?

I put this on the "political" forum because I believe a huge contributing factor to the high crime rate in Chicago is that city may have the most corrupt governance (politicians) of any large city in the U.S. Meanwhile, looks like Obama has brought the Chicago way to Washington.
