where i work were always hiring but its through a temp agency. if they like you they will hire you on after a while but its no guarantee when.

Check with J&J, they are always hiring.
Check with Custom Machine on East Chester St..
Call Steve Adams at Jackson State Community College, he's the machinest instructor, he may be able to tell you about Jackson and the surrounding areas. Good luck!

Have you considered continuing education while you're between jobs? I have taken courses in years past that have helped me to where I am today using computer software to do the programming for me. Good luck!
