It doesn't effect our office. It has changed the hours for the visitor center where you register your firearms. They are not open on Sat or Sun. I'm not sure what other ways or what other facilities it will effect as far as hunting is concerned. Maybe range control or other departments that use the training areas, so that could be a good thing...

Whats your favorite area?

Good question for everybody.

Theres a few i would love to hunt but chances are slim.

My most reliable is 44A.Always see bucks there.
Like 48 also.Open most all the time.
Area 5 is where you will find men whenever i can get it.

Just about anywhere, except for the 30,s areas. They have never held my interest, briar drainages, pines, and full of elmers.
00B is holding my interest, never really hunted it until last year some elmer always seems to be locking it up and not hunting it, must think it is his "private territory".The few times i got into it last year I was pretty impressed by what i saw in their.
I know alot of areas to go into. A friend of mine is getting me into the evening hunting once again,so I might actually get into the 44,s and 42 areas this year. There are also some big bucks in 09B,but you only get one chance at them it seems like before they hole up in that out of bounds area south of the creek by 08B.

I got spots in all the bow areas but really like 4 and 14a when I can get in there.
