A heads up for you guys near Kodak... The gun shop has around 800 rounds of 223 ammo on the shelf. 500 is brass and 300 steel. Expecting to have another 3000 rounds delivered and ready for tomorrow morning that will be brass also unless I'm mistaken.
He also has around 20 promags on the shelf now and is expecting 50 PMags to be delivered this evening.
Also a S&W 15T should be here by Friday along with a 15-22.
I do not own a AR but these prices appear to be normal. Nothing like I've seen across the Internet.

The guys in Sevierville had .223 for $70 a hundred

If I'm not mistaken his steel was like $8.99 and the brass was $10.99 a box of 20 so $45 and $55 a 100 rounds. That seemed pretty normal to me but I no longer own an AR... Yeah I know, should have kept the Colt I had several years ago.

i was in a store today and they were selling 500 or 550 rounds of .22 for $50 seemed high, i think they had some .223, but not sure. I know Academy said they were getting a lot of 9 and 40 today.
