Got an '11 Titan 4x4. It will pull Christ off the Cross but drinks gas like a horn-dog sailor.

Most I know that have a Titan love em..but the gas mpg issue really sucks. Couple of guys even got rid of theirs just cause of the mpg. Having said that..most of the time the dealers have good rebates on the Titans.

I have two Frontiers, and the first one was bought new in '98. Ext cab, 4x4, 4cyl, 5sp. I put over 300k on it before the tranny went out, no other issues other than a fuel sending unit that was replaced under warranty. I still have that truck but it is now relegated to hunting maneuvers. When the tranny went out on it, I bought an '02 4 door Frontier with the V6 auto, had 169k on it and now I have over 230k on it and still going fine. I highly recommend them. IMHO, every bit as reliable as Toyota, but price is much easier on the wallet. And I'm not knocking Toyota at all, very fine vehicles too.
