Anyone have a youth 20ga 870 with 21" barrel for sale/trade? All matte finish is even better.
Possibly looking for one to get my niece started turkey hunting.

BPS has those on sale for 269.00 after rebate but not with 21" barrell Nashville sale flier.
Academy shows the 21" barrell one for 319.00
I got one last year from Academy for my Nephew he loves it!

Just a heads up...this gun kicks like a mule..might be some better options out there to get a little one started with..

I remember when i was a kid my best friend had a 20 gauge 870 and it beat him to death. I shot it some and it beat me up too. I had (and still have) a 2 3/4 12 gauge 870 wingmaster and it didn't kick near as bad as his 20. You might look at something like that and have the stock cut down to fit her length of pull.

Thanks for the input.... I am leaning towards some custom handloads... 1oz of #9 tss in a 2-3/4" shell.... from an 870HD... has 18" barrel and I have a youth stock set to go on it already.... and a variety of turkey chokes for the 12ga. Rem.

Hey grizz I saw a 20 gauge at walmart the other day. I dont remember the price but it was dirt cheap.
