Kappa Alpha Si isn't a historically African American fraternity. Historically, it's a Black fraternity. In it's recent history, its been referred to as an African American fraternity.

I know any group has little alternative but to follow the law, whatever that is, but imo, any private group or club should have the freedom to make its criteria for membership whatever it wants.
About the only issue I have with whatever any group decides is criteria for its membership is when that group hypocritically cries foul over some other group doing the same thing.
