Anybody else think the way that law is written is ridiculous? Well, respectfully, that is not my interpretation so I guess you'd write the ticket and I'd go to court to fight it \:D . Thank you for answering my question - at least I think it is answered. On the other hand, CatMan, I can see no difference between a baited trap and a trap that is sitting near bait. I guess you should throw some sort of bait in the trap to be on the safe side. I'm glad the law is TRULY written in a jacked up manner and I'm not completely illiterate \:D .
