I've used a RCBS 5-10 scale for 25+ years. It is not as quick as an electronic but it is accurate.

I use an RCBS 10-10 beam scale, since mid 80's. After seeing a minor explosion at a range, I have always weighed every charge. Digital scales have to be calibrated, same as a beam. The better digital scales are almost as good as a beam and there is plenty of documentation to support as much as a 2/10ths of a grain over or short as being inconsequential. The digitals automatically round up or down.
If you get a digital, get a good one, calibrate it before every use, and might as well get one that works in conjunction with an automatic feeder/trickler.
Myself-I have some loads that are over max and I see the random sign of pressure. I really like my loads to be exact even though I know really close is good enough.

I have one of these.... http://www.amazon.com/Frankford-205205-Arsenal-Reloading-Scale/dp/B002BDOHNA Its been a good one,I only use it for my Smokeless muzzy.I was concerned about its accuracy,so I measured out some pre measured loads and took it to a guy who had a beam scale and it was only off .1 to .2 tenths of a grain..

I knocked my RCBS 5-10 off my bench last week thought about replacing it with a digital scale but decided to send it back to RCBS I have been using it since 1975 .
