The biggest problem you can have is people
coming on the land while you are hunting.
If it has for sell signs they just stop and look
many times without calling the agent.
Or use it as an excuse to slip in and hunt or steal
stands, etc.
Many tracts I have for sell the sellers and myself
talk about putting signs up or not, and you also
deal with so many that like to look at land on weekends
while you are hunting.....
