Its an IGF-1 spray. Its legal. All it is is igf1 taken from antler velvet. IGF-1 is similar to insulin, so it would help against aging, and it can help cell growth, so it could speed recovery times on injuries, workouts, etc. IGF-1 so happens to be on nfl list of banned substances

the reason it is on there is HGH when injected/taken is metabolized in the liver into IGF-1. So if you take HGH it will eventually become IGF-1. Therefore it is viewed by the NFL as HGH or a by-product of it and therefore banned.
