Places to Eat Near New Johnsonville????

I'll be calling on the big construction site near the old DuPont plant, and was wondering if there were any "local gems" to stop in for lunch.....
Any suggestions in that area? Camden, New Johnsonville, Waverly?

Camden has a good Mexican place on 641 called El Vallarta and they are very fast to get food.Also a good BBQ joint called the smokehouse also on 641.Country and western towards J ville from the square has good catfish.Good wings on 641 has the chicken.The good steaks are at the country club on thursday nights on eva road.

Jeffs Place is pretty good. Reasonably priced also.

Not much...LoL. Jeff's Place in New J'ville has decent food and good looking waitresses.If the bowling ally was open I'd tell you to go there and eat pizza. I would tell you to go to Parsons and eat at Jerry's Barbeque but I don't know their hours.It would be about 18 miles South of I-40 when you get off Exit 126 but it's pretty damm good.
Whatever you do...don't eat at the Catfish Place in Camden...

Submarine in j'ville is has good subs and burgers. All the places clubhead named in Camden have good food. Lance's in Waverly has good subs. The Boardwalk in Waverly has good pizza.

My favorite is "Country and Western" in Camden. It is a catfish eating place. 7-10 dollars per plate. Never get a bad plate of fish.Every Fri and Sat night they will be packed but still get your food on the table within 5-19 minutes.
Difinitely a place you want to try. Guarnteed!!!!

I know too much about Jeff's. I'll eat out of a vending machine first.
The bowling alley pizza is awesome.
Good advice on the Catfish Place.
Country & Western Steakhouse in Camden is very good AND I know for a fact it is safe to eat there.
Cleanest restaurant ANYWHERE is 1850s Log House on 641 N in Camden.
