December 13-15 2013.I've got 2 farms that I'm wanting to lease out hunting rights for the late muzzleloader season in Wayne, county Illinois. Will also give hunting party 1 day prior to the hunt to scout property. I've got a 110acre tract and a 176 acre tract. Tons of pre-hung ladder stands, loc-ons, shooting houses, ground blinds, etc. Property has insurance coverage as well. Both properties have ag fields, crp, lots of woods, etc. 110acre farm 3 man group at $500 a piece. 176acre farm 5 man group at $500 a piece. What are the chances of getting drawn for the license to hunt this? A couple years ago Illinois was only selling a certain number of non resident permits and the outfitters bought them all up.

Webcam , any chance you have aerial photo you can post . It would be helpful ! 100 ac with 99 of them being picked crops might not be good. however a good mix. Crp, woods etc might be the best area in the state.

Wayne county always has leftover permits for muzzleloader, if u apply during summer u will get drawn

Maybe a week of bow hunting n 2-3 days of shotgun hunting

I will take a 50% deposit to lock in hunt and I've got 3 dates setup during off season to go to the farms and do some work. The groups for each tract I will let you look at the farm, if you like then other 50% due at that time. If not I will refund 50% deposit
