Need to mention also , i was told before that vinegar helps with stones. I just cant stand vinegar , it tastes awful to me and the smell alone makes me wanna blow chunks.

Had some friends from Asia that swear by drinking some Coconut milk at the first sign of a stone. Got that info AFTER my last bout... Prayers sent...
