They are bad about wheel bearings failing. Check brakes and jack up truck and see if wheels have any play. My bet is one of them will. Don't buy the cheap bearings to replace it either, cause it won't last. I only use Timkin bearings.

Yep! I had a ball joint wear out on my truck a couple years ago. It made a squeaking noise that just got worse and worse.

weird I have a rhythmic squeaking in my truck that increases with speed but not related to gears or turning the wheel, in fact I dont think its from the wheel, it sounds like it comes from inside the dash. Not sure what is making the sound but it's not always there at lower speeds, it picks up in volume at higher speeds.

Check your u-joints in the driveshaft Catman.... see if there are grease zerks on them and if so, give them a shot of grease and see if that fixes the squeak.
