My doctor told me to drink 1 beer a month to help flush your kidneys and everything out. I use to get at least 2 a month until i starting drinking a beer a month. Now i haven't had one in about 5 years knock on wood.

Sent man. I just had surgery on my back on opening day of archery. I know how you feel.

And ferg. Citric acid, drink fresh squeezed lemonade and orange juice. Stay away from carbonated cokes and such. They help contribute to kidnet stones. Ive been dealing with them since i was 17. Ive seen 5 different doctors and they all told me no cokes.

Also said eating lemons with help dissovle them. A occsionl beer will flush the kidneys. and hard liquor will help break them up \:\)

Need to mention also , i was told before that vinegar helps with stones. I just cant stand vinegar , it tastes awful to me and the smell alone makes me wanna blow chunks.
