2 kinds of people right now, those with ammo and those without, who wish they had read the writing on the wall when the kenyan was re-elected.

I saw it coming in Nov 2008 and started stocking up over the last 4 years.

There are going to be some people on here mad at you because you bought that many and when they showed up 4 hours late they didnt get any...lol.. Could you blame them? It would take me 40 years to shoot 8 bricks. Some people just buy them to keep other people from getting them. Last year I shot 12 bricks between 2 rifles and 2 handguns. Go to the RimFire web site. Some of those guys go though 500 rounds a day easy. I still will never catch up to another TnDeer member on the amount he shoots his rimfires in a year, he's way ahead and above me in his shooting. So if YOU want to keep others from getting them that's YOUR business.

On a side note i have set Down and shot a brick on certain days and i have stocked up. I have 10 bricks of Remington i bought off a guy after the rush of obozos 2008 election for $90. I buy 2 boxes of something every week, plus some combination of loading components. I shoot 17 hmr alot more than anything and they are plentiful.
I refuse to take part in the panic, ill buy at half price when the bills are due. Until then ill buy 17 hmr, 270, 22-250, 10 gauge and other shotgun loads.
Anybody that shoots a brick a day should have enough to last them at least 9 months or a year. They won't quit making 22 shells.

Looks like that part went way over your head. Seems like everybody else understood the joke except you.

I've looked everywhere the past week for 22lr. At the gun show, it was mainly selling or $50-60 a brick. I've got about 750 rounds right now. I'd like to get a couple more bricks, but I'm not paying those ridiculous prices. Stuff like this only cuts back on my range time.

Picked up 200 rounds of CCI this afternoon in Clinton. Left plenty for the next guy.
