Trying to shop around for property to lease this next year, as much as I hate too. Anyone know if there is a list of available clubs in middle Tennessee? Google sent me on a wild goose chase.

Good luck. I was telling someone today that finding a lease is like finding a decent job...you pretty much have to know somebody these days. I am driving two hours to my lease from my house and it isn't anything special. Hunting land is starting to become very hard to find.

2 shot there was a lease on craigs list for a guy with 200 acrs was asking 1800 per person and only going to have 10 or less people on it. I talked to the guy but never got to see it yet. It is on the Davidson/Rutherford line off 24

Good grief. 10 people on 200 acres? I'm on a lease already just shopping around. I really hate leasing since I know its one day going to get to the point I cant afford it, if it hasn't already. Wish private owners were more open to the idea of hunters!

If someone is getting $18,000 for 200 acres then every deer better be a booner. That is absolutely ridiculous. Supply and demand isn't that far apart quite yet.

I found his ad on craigslist. I think it says 6 hunters at $1800/person.
