i just got a 7.0 mathews reezen . 70 lb draw weight , 30.5 draw length , i know the reezen is consider a hard cam bow . i.d like to shoot a lite arrow 375+/- total weight with 100 gain tip . maybe like the victory vf1 h/v . but above all else i dont want no arrows blowing up in my face . what yall think ?

Any reason why you want to shoot a light arrow? I think the Victory's should be ruled out because even if you go with the VF1 hv 300's you will be way under spined and under the 5gpi recommended by any bow manufacturer—your arrow will weigh approx 340-345grains with the HV1.
Your ideal spine is in the neighborhood of .270
Your problem with the weight your pulling and that long draw length is finding an arrow that will be spined right. However, most of the arrow that are going to fall into the correct spine are going to be 450+ grains, most will be pushing 500 grains and some will be 600+.
For instance, one of the best matches according to the numbers you gave will be the Easton Axis FMJ Dangerous Game in a spine of 250. You arrow will weight approx. a total of 682 grains and 265-270fps with an absolute huge k/e of 105ft/lbs and @ 40yds your still carrying 250-255fps with 97ft/lbs of k/e.
Lower that draw weight and your current limited options of correctly spined arrows will increase.
