Turbotax! Easy and straight forward. Just enter the numbers.

I did mine this afternoon.....still crying a bit, but they are done. Took about an hour. At least I have until April to pay what I owe!

Agree about turbotax. I've had mine prepared by tax professionals in past years but used Turbotax and it was very easy to follow.

Married a CPA, haven't done Taxes in 27 years. Problem is shes got ethics, I wanted to get Social Security Numbers for the cars and claim them as dependents, wouldn't go for it.

yea turbo tax or tax act. I've used them both. It's not to bad, I had to file a long form and some other forms last year for business and it wasn't bad at all. I have done all of mine though except for the first few of my life and my dad did those.

I second TaxAct. Use their online version, and you can prepare, file online, and print you a copy for free.

With just the W2s, it is very simple, and won't take longer than 10-15 mins if you can't itemize deductions. t would be a little longer if you can. You would need more than $11,900 in sales tax (built in formula calculates on gross wages), mortgage interest, property taxes, and charitable contributions

You will need a copy of last year's return when you efile for verification purposes.

There are a few places in the interview process where they will try to upsell you something, etc. (thats how they do it for free), but just click not interested and move on.

You can save it if you don't complete it and come back later. It's really that simple.

Feel free to PM me if you have any questions. I have used it a lot.
