WRONG.
Bush made 171 RECESS appointments while the Senate WAS in recess.
Obama DID NOT make them while the Senate was in recess but while STILL IN SESSION.
That's why the court ruled it unconstitutional.

Also nothing will be done to Obama BUT if obama loses it in the Supreme Court then his appointments will lose their seats and any rules or regulations they handed down.

Somehow, I believe he had some influence in the Supreme decision on Obamacare, where Roberts ruled it as a tax instead of it being unconstitutional.....I just believe Roberts was compromised somehow. That belief is my own controversy theory, but, it bears thinking about. Now, we have this, where the Supreme's will be making another landmark decision against or for Odumma....and if it goes in his favor, something is wrong. This was pretty clear cut and, I believe, the right ruling. But if it is ruled in his favor, it'll be pretty hard to believe he isn't somehow influencing the Supreme Court. That would be the only way to explain it. IMHO

I agree.
When they had the ObamaCare before the Court the White House lawyers ALWAYS called it a "tax" and nevered used the word "fee". The White House and the Democrats ALWAYS called it a "fee" when talking to the American people.
