Anybody ever order anything from Academy online? I ordered a pair of briar proof upland pants on Jan 12th,And I didn't recive them until Jan 25th..Today!!! Seems like a long time to me.And turns out they mailed them parcel post!! Parcel post is the snail mail of the snail mail!! Kinda upset me a little bit.This will be the last order I place with them.I mean,yeah it wasn't a have to have by a certain date or anything like that,but seems like they drug their feet on getting them to me..

never ordered from them but have bought plenty of things in the knoxville store.

that is about normal for online orders unless you pay for upgraded shipping. I ordered something from Walmart online it took like 10 days to get it to the store. Also keep in mind Monday was a gubment holiday.

12 days for shipping and handling is not too bad. Granted it is not great but you also take into count the time of the year and where it was shipped. I use to live up north the mail systems take hits in the winter months.

Better get used to it...in a down economy, freight (postage, shipping) is an easy cost savings assessment...if you want expedited service, you better be willing to pay up for it...

Normal unless you order from me....... I try to get items to my Customers in 2 to 3 days..... Makes good business sense on my end....

Having ordered so much stuff with Amazon Prime, I'm spoiled! 2nd day for free is hard to beat. When I order from other places and it takes a week or more, I get impatient.
