But if Dems take the House in 2014, it will pass......and there'll be a lot more added to this current version.

Possibly in the Senate, not the House. Boehner is irrelevant and couldn't even get his Plan B passed.
No one claims the Pubs to be all that great. However, if Dems held the House majority we wouldn't be discussing IF it would pass.
We'd be debating how many balls we should be allowed to posses for our muskets.
