Not everyone will have to abide by Senator Dianne Feinstein's gun control bill. If the proposed legislation becomes law, government officials and others will be exempt.

By doing this she proves that it is the person and not the gun who is a fault.
She also has proven that it is past time the people rise up and remove these tyrants by force if necessary.

If you look back - they exempt themselves from almost every law they pass - including universal obummer care -
Their needs to be a new simply law:
'The Congress of these United States Shall pass NO law under which they themselves are not subjected too'

So what group gets to decide what a "military characteristic" is?
I ask because both weapons have a firing pin bolt face etc. Fienstien and her crew could go a long way with this....People need to understand this gun control will not stop at just the supposed assualt weapons.
