There is not an ounce of common sense in Washington, D.C.

Hold on the guy might be a hero but he still broke the law.

It's up to the DA if it goes to the Grand Jury and if it goes to court then the Judge can drop it all.

Say two hunters are hunting and one falls cutting his leg open. They both know if he doesn;t get to the hospital fast enough he could easy bleed to death. The other drives as fast as he possibly can and ever runs though several stop signs. He saves his friends life and still has to go to court to answer the taffic laws he broke.

In both cases they are heros but they still have to answer the law.

The ignorance of some people never ceases to amaze me. We are in bad need of some house cleaning in DC!

so was he suppose to just stand and watch? Then the media would be all over the guy for not helping. Common sense should be a law also.

Nobody said he was suppose to do nothing. There are times we have to break the law but we also have to answer to it.

A family is hungry and no money, the guy shoots a deer out of season and is caught. Yes he was trying to feed his family but he still broke the law.

A carry permit holder is out to eat when another person attacks him and his wife, he's shoots the guy and is in the right as self defense ever the DA rules it as a justifiable shooting and he's CLEARED on that. But it's against the law to fire a gun inside the city limits. He still has to answer for that.

What else are we suppose to do, just look the other way when anyone breaks the law?? Like I said there are times when we have to break the law for whatever reason but we still have to answer for it.

If we had REAL representation in DC< they'd be grabbing onto this story and ramming it into the Marxists' faces.

"THIS is how guns saves Children's lives and THIS is how tyrannical govt. punishes to those who save Children's lives"

This could be the gun rights advocates "Rosa Parks". Be the hero, or be the dog - It's your call.
