I'm a computer dummy. I've posted 1 pic a couple years back on photobucket. I'm trying again. I have the pics uploaded to photobucket but the IMG Info block doesn't appear in the block. Is there a difference between the old photobucket and the newer one or am I totally lost?

You can right click on the images to get the URL of it. That's what you put between the IMG tags to post a pic.

You won't get that info if you are looking at the album page, but if you click on the desired picture and open it, then your options should appear. The info posted on the tacked "How to Post Photos" thread should be the newer Photobucket, since it shows me the option to return to the older version.
If your pages are different, I'm not sure why or how. As long as I've been using Photobucket, there have always been those four options, one of which is the IMG line.
