I was told yesterday by a friend of my wife that Henry Arms will be going out of business this year. Anyone have any info on this or is it just rumor? Thanks! I can't seem to find anything yet about it if it's true.

I hope not, was hoping for one their survival .22's under the Christmas tree this year. Might have to take action myself if this is true.

I haven't heard that but it would be a shame if they did. I did my part last year to help keep them in business by buying a youth model lever action for my daughter. It is one sweet little gun - I am thinking about getting a full size model for myself. Fit and finish on it is as good as any of my high dollar centerfire rifles or my Beretta O/U (prettier walnut stock, too), and it is a darn accurate shooter also.

There is a Henry Arms and there is a Henry Rifle...Henry Arms is the old company I believe so maybe it's Henry Rifle?
