Not picking on Ruger at ALL because I dont know his situation but does someone getting hurt at work always mean calling a lawyer?
Often, and I mean often, a work related accident is due to unsafe work practices on the employees part.. so, if fault comes into play in an accident should a company be able to sue me as the employee for not following safe work practices, getting hurt on the job, then causing them lack of output/production and additional health related costs?
