I normally do the whole "stuff, wrap, grill" thing, but thought i'd try it a little different the other night. It was a ton quicker than messing with the grill and I'm not sure it wasn't better.
Glaze duck breast with olive oil, honey, and BBQ sauce Spice with whatever you like(I used habenero, pepper, lemon ppr) Bake at 400 degrees for 5-6 minutes and flip Cook your rice EAT
