What happened to the discussons on the poacher Spook Spann? I had forgot all about him till I saw his name on Facebook. Then I looked up his court date and saw the let him have a plea bargain.
Kind of reminds me of back in the 80's when Noel Feather got caught on his first offense.
Anyhow...20k dollars in fines and almost a joke on lost hunting rights.

so he killed a deer on property he had permission to be on but just didnt have the proper lisence? Is that correct?

well thats what I was kinda getting at. If that is what he was find 20K for I would have to be firing my layer. that is CRAZY!!!!

Of course there is...that's why he pled out and took the plea bargain, for the lesser charges.
He knowingly purchased a landowner tag, he saw a world class deer on the adjacent leased property and killed it. He fraudulently took advantage of his sponsors and fans for fame and money and notoriety.
