Just an FYI. This stuff is off the charts good on venison. I rub a little on tenderloin, marinate steak in it and also mix it in to hamburger and it makes all of it phenomenal.

I rub it on some cubed up venison steak and then cook with peppers, onions, mushrooms and garlic. It's a great mix.
