I will be updating this as we get more information this week.
Speakers, times etc could possibly change as we get more information in.
I apologize, again, for the seemingly lack of preperation.
Trust me, more than it appears has been going on.
8:00 - 9:00 Sign in.
9:00 - 9:30 Greeting, announcements and introductions of members, sponsors and speakers.
9:30 - 10:15 Mitchell Bailey from TWRA to do a presentation regarding the hog program.
10:15 - 11:00 Break.
11:00 - 11:15 SCN & Alan P will present the new smartphone check-in ap.
11:15 - 11:45 Live auction
11:45 - 1:00 LUNCH
1:15 - 2:00 Presentation by member Monty ( retired federal game warden - was the Special Agent-in-Charge of the SE Region for 10 years prior to retirement. Board Member of the Tennessee Wildlife Federation, Chairman of the Governmental Affairs Committee) to give a legislative update on issues pending that affect hunting, fishing and the outdoors.
2:15 Silent auction ends.
2:15 till ? Awarding of silent auction items and door prizes.

know it takes alot to put this together
Thanks - will be my first & looking forward to it - always had something going on the weekend it fell on & did this year too but canceled other plans this year.

Sounds good to me - Where will these be taking place ?

Everything will happen in the downstairs conf room.
I think it is just down the hall from the registration area in the lobby.
Been a long time since I been there though.
They will have signs.
