dr, I think he was talking about me since I thought $225 for a brick of 22 long rifles was overpriced.

Rather than start a new thread...does anyone know where 7.62 x 51 can be purchased without mortgaging the house?

The last pack I bought at Walmart were Winchester 36 grain 555 round boxes for $21.95. Still have 1, and got about 150 extra rounds from another box. Looking to buy a couple more boxes. When I shoot my handguns, I usually shoot 200 or so rounds through my Beretta.
