Other than the two boxes of 225 pc. that I managed to snag, but............. I got a BUNCH of .17 HMR's now.  If you don't think you go to walmart very often, buy two boxes of .17's every time you go. You will be surprised how often you go.  OH and the day I bought the 22 shells they had another box on the shelf. I left it for someone else.

I went to 4 different places yesterday. I picked up a new to me 1911 a couple weeks ago and needed a box of .45 auto fmj. I'd kinda like to shoot it. No bullets in Chattanooga.

Matthew and I burnt up some 9mm, 45 and 22 Saturday at RangeUSA.. This ammo situation needs to turn around soon

Didn't find any 22lr ammo this weekend. Saw a bunch of 22-250 at BPS. 45 ammo was not hard to find. 9mm is out everywhere, 40 is getting harder to find.

I realized the other day that the reason I have been looking for and buying ammo is for the challenge. Lol I don't need it its just fun when it becomes a challenge. Same for a lot of people I'm sure.

I visited the store today that previously had 22 LR for $50 a box. Today it is marked up between $70 and $90 a box. $70 for the 300 rnd boxes and $90 for the 525 round boxes. The 100 rnd boxes of CCI Mini Mags were $23 a box.
Their 17 HMR bullets were $23 a box for the Hornady VMAX.
Every store I've been to has 17 HMR between $12 and $14 a box no matter the brand. Except my lovely wife has it where she works and at her discount I get it $8 a box I also have friends at other stores that set me back a box of 22 LR bulk when it comes in...for $24.99 a box for 555 rnd Winchester.

LOL,that sounds just like me,I've pretty much had everything I've needed way before all this crap started.Basically just picking up some things here and there for friends that didn't know any better and missed the boat.I like the challenge.
