I may be wrong but I don't think these are angina symptoms, angina is pain or pressure ?

Flutters and quivers for me. There's no rhyme or reason to them and nothing shows up on any tests. Doc suspects hormone fluctuations or thyroid but my thyroid levels are skewed so no definitive reason. i just don't worry about it.
