Well it pisses you off that it has come to this with the ammo situation but can you really blame the guy? Its the laws of supply and demand and sometimes it isn't going to go your way and its not fair but that is life and it sure isn't fair.

If what he did was legal.. well then more power to him.. I hope he makes a mint.. at least he is working, and not sitting at home waiting on his check... if he broke the law .. then he will have to pay for it..

I, for one I guess, want all the options to purchase ammo that I can have, and Wally World is just one more choice I can make either way. ;\) Oh, and I have the same problem with "family" members calling and letting their family know that the truck is in, and they come down and buy the ammo before it hits the shelves too.

It happens everywhere and it's legal.

But is it against store policy?? To me the customer always comes first because without the customer there will be no business, no jobs, no retirement, no nothing.

I'm talking about every business where this goes on. The employees not only get their pay and everything else that goes along with it but they also get employee discount which ranges from 10% to 25%. They should not get first pickings to what comes in.

If this was against company policy and they knew it was going on anyway I would fire the guys doing it, the sporting goods manager and the general manager of the store all at the same time.

Its is legal and according to family that are employees of Walmart, it is against store policy. But there are many things that go on that is against store policy but not enforced.

I don't blame the guy one bit, regardless of what he's doing with the ammo. I seriously doubt there are many perks to working at Wal-Mart, so more power to him for taking advantage of his situation. If I worked at Wal-Mart or knew someone who did I'd do the same.

On a ridiculously lower scale isn't this like insider trading?
